Acceptance of general terms

The use of the website ticketgoals.com and the services offered are governed by the following General Terms and Conditions.

The General Terms and Conditions of ticketgoals.com apply to all booking orders, either electronically via the ticketgoals.com website, by telephone or directly from the offices of TzortzakisTravel

By executing – completing a booking or purchasing any service via ticketgoals.com, the user unconditionally accepts the General Terms and Conditions.

Ticketgoals.com acts exclusively as an intermediary for travel services (airline tickets, ferry tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, boat charters, etc.), between the user and the respective provider of the tourist service. Its liability is limited only to the fulfillment of this provision. The respective provider is solely responsible for the fulfillment of the contracts drawn up through …..gr. The user should consult the general terms and conditions of the organizers/providers in this regard.

Transaction Security-Personal Data Protection

During the course of your transactions through ticketgoals.com, there is a possibility that you will be asked for personal data such as your name, your email address, your home address, your telephone number or your credit card details. Some of these may be necessary to complete your reservation.

This data is registered only by ticketgoals.com and only the necessary data for the implementation of the service is made available to the respective suppliers such as airlines, etc. Any other provision of this data is made only to services of the Greek state and provided that all legal procedures are met. This information is not given by ticketgoals.com to any other service or company for any reason or purpose.

Opening hours

You can purchase any product on the ticketgoals.com website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, using a credit card.

The opening hours of the ticketgoals.com offices during which telephone transactions and visits to its offices can be made are as follows:

  • Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 14:00 & 18:00 – 20:00 (except public holidays)
  • Saturday09.00 – 14.00

Although the company makes an effort to monitor e-mail outside the call center operating hours, this does not guarantee that incoming mail will be read and the company will respond to your requests outside the call center operating hours.

Any customer request (such as for cancellation or change of tickets) submitted outside these hours in any way (e.g. via e-mail), then the date of receipt is considered the next business day.

Booking

Before making any reservation, the user is required to carefully read, understand and agree to the fare regulations and the Restrictions. In case of any misunderstanding or reservation regarding any term of the reservation, the user may contact ticketgoals.com for all clarifications. After making the reservation, the user is solely responsible.

By completing the relevant fields of the special reservation form on the website, i.e. for a reservation made through the online portal, but also for any other reservation (telephone by the user via the call center and reservation made by the user at the company’s offices), the user gives an explicit instruction to ticketgoals.com to mediate for the provision of a travel service, which is provided by the respective supplier, or any other service. The reservation instruction binds the user in any case.

In case of short-term changes to any service by the provider chosen by the user, e.g. In case of flight delay or cancellation, change of vehicle type etc., ticketgoals.com will try to contact the user via telephone or email and inform the user accordingly, provided that it receives timely information from the supplier. Ticketgoals.com bears absolutely no responsibility for flight transfers, delays and cancellations or other travel services and products of the supplier.

The user is responsible for complying with the terms set by each supplier, such as e.g. the terms set by each airline regarding check-in time. The user is informed of these terms by the specific provider.

The passenger’s name in each reservation must correspond COMPLETELY (Letterwise) with the identity card or passport with which he will make his trip. After booking, name correction depends only on the respective provider and ticketgoals.com bears no responsibility. Each ticket is strictly personal and is not transferable.

In the event that the user violates the general terms of use of the website, ticketgoals.com has the right to reject orders regarding his reservation.

For ferry tickets, passengers entitled to a discount must declare it when booking their seats and show all the necessary supporting documents both when issuing the respective discount tickets and when boarding the Ship.

Prices

The fee of ticketgoals.com for its mediation is included in the total price of the service or product offered.

Ticketgoals.com is informed about the prices of travel products and services by the respective provider. Ticketgoals.com is not responsible for changes in prices by the provider.

Ticketgoals.com is not responsible for any booking fees that may be imposed by the respective provider in the event of cancellation of the trip or the provision of services. These fees are borne exclusively by the user.

Confirmation of booking and sending of travel documents (tickets and Voucher)

In case of booking through the ticketgoals.com website, the user will receive from ticketgoals.com or directly from the provider a confirmation of the booking via e-mail.

The user is obliged to IMMEDIATELY check the correctness of the confirmation details (name, departure date, destination, etc.) and to inform ticketgoals.com of any errors made during the registration. Errors (in all services except ferry tickets and some exceptions) that are reported after the end of the working day (within operating hours) in which the booking was registered by the user will not be taken into account. For ferry tickets, the reporting time for an error is only 10 minutes after the booking confirmation. Under no circumstances can ticketgoals.com guarantee that the correction of the error is possible without cost, even if the user informs them in advance. It is noted that the late reporting of errors or the inability to correct them in any case does not give rise to the right to withdraw from the contract.

Ferry tickets, whether domestic or international, are sent to the customer via courier for a fee. The customer can also collect their tickets from the offices of ticketgoals.com during the office’s operating hours. Finally, ferry tickets can be collected from the ferry company’s kiosk at the port of departure (usually located inside the gate of the respective ship). In this case, the customer will receive the booking code via e-mail.

Ticketgoals.com is not responsible for lost tickets and travel documents sent by post.

In the event of a lost ferry ticket due to the user’s fault, a new ticket must be issued in order to travel. The issuance of a new ticket is at the user’s expense. Then, before the travel date, the user must declare the loss in writing, indicating the date, the itinerary, the number of the lost ticket, the number of the new one purchased and a photocopy of it. If the lost ticket, after checking, is not found in the ferry company’s files after a period of time specified by each provider, the user is entitled to a full or partial refund of its value or a new ticket for the same route without paying additional fare.

Travel documents (passport, visa, currency, health regulations, etc.)

Ticketgoals.com bears absolutely no responsibility regarding the travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) that each passenger is required to possess in order to travel.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to obtain the required travel documents.

In the event that the user travels abroad, the applicable provisions regarding passports, visas, customs, taxes, as well as provisions for imports and exports, as well as health regulations, must be observed. The passenger is responsible for complying with the above provisions. On its website, ticketgoals.com provides, for the convenience of the user, relevant information (Timatic). However, under no circumstances is ticketgoals.com responsible for the validity and completeness of this information. For valid information, the user must contact the provider of the specific trip or the consulate of the country to which he is going to travel.

For trips within Greece, whether by air or by ferry, a police ID card or passport of the passenger is required for their realization.

Payment methods

For booking a ferry ticket through the website, payment is possible exclusively via credit card. For telephone bookings, the option of depositing into a bank account or paying at our offices in cash, with a credit or debit card is also given.

Before payment, ticketgoals.com is not obliged to transfer the tickets or other travel documents to the user.

ticketgoals.com may ask the user to provide some evidence of his residential address or a copy of his credit card or a bank deposit receipt, before the final issuance of the ticket.

The types of credit cards accepted are VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO.

Card rejection

ticketgoals.com has the right to reject booking orders placed by the user, if he violates the terms of use of the website.

If during the transaction ticketgoals.com or the cooperating banks detect possible malicious activity, then ticketgoals.com has the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellations and changes

The possibility of changing or canceling a ferry ticket, a trip or another product or service, as well as the terms governing such a change or cancellation, depend on the terms set by the respective provider in these cases, over which ticketgoals.com has no influence.

Costs that may arise in the event of a change or cancellation of a travel service, which is determined by the terms of the respective provider, are borne exclusively by the user.

Before each reservation, the user is obliged to carefully read, understand and agree to the fare regulations and Restrictions. In case of any misunderstanding or reservation regarding any term of the reservation, the user may contact ticketgoals.com for all clarifications. After the reservation is made, the user is solely responsible.

In case the supplier grants the user the right to cancel or change the selected product or service, the user is obliged to inform ticketgoals.com in writing if he wishes to cancel or change, otherwise ticketgoals.com may not cancel or modify any reservation.

Ferry Tickets

The possibility of changing or cancelling or converting a ferry ticket to an “open date” is governed by and depends on the terms and conditions set by the respective provider, over which ticketgoals.com has no influence.

For any act of changing or cancelling a ticket, or converting it to an “open date”, the user is obliged to present the ticket to the offices of ticketgoals.com, or to the head offices of the respective provider, or to the official port agent representing the provider and request the change, cancellation or conversion to an open date. In any other case, ticketgoals.com or the provider may not cancel or modify a ticket.

Refunds for cancellations are only made by ticketgoals.com after the provider has cleared the ticket in the same way as the ticket was purchased.

“Open date” tickets are valid for a period of time specified by the provider (ferry company). Before converting a ticket to “open date”, the user is obliged to be informed by ticketgoals.com about the regulations governing the ticket in question, in particular the time it is valid. The replacement of an open date ticket is done with tickets of the same company of equal or greater value, paying the difference in fare.

In the event of cancellation of a route due to the fault of the ferry company, or non-execution of a route due to weather conditions, no cancellation fees are charged and the value of the fare is refunded to the user in full in the same way that the ticket was purchased.

The usual cancellation policy of ferry companies is as follows:

  • Up to 14 days before departure: 100% refund of the fare or change to a new/open date.
  • Up to 7 days before departure: 75% refund of the fare or change to a new/open date.
  • Up to 24 hours before departure: 50% refund of the fare or change to a new/open date.
  • Within the last 24 hours, some ferry companies do not refund any money or allow the conversion of the ticket to an open date.

ATTENTION! Special offer tickets or dates specified by ferry companies are not cancelled, cannot be converted to open dates and the travel date cannot be changed.

For cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure, the fare is NOT refunded

After departure: Tickets are not cancelled, cannot be converted to open dates and the date cannot be changed.

All times are in relation to the operating hours of ticketgoals.com. In cases of out of service or holidays, the times are determined by the last working day of the official operating hours of ticketgoals.com.

Disclaimer

Ticketgoals.com bears absolutely no responsibility for:

  • The unavailability of the respective service or product.
  • Errors, omissions, violations or refusals of the respective supplier.
  • Injury, death, property damage or other damages that may arise from the services of the respective supplier.
  • Delays, cancellations, overbooking, strikes, force majeure that are not under its direct control.
  • The privacy policy on links to third-party websites.
  • The information provided and published by the respective supplier for the services offered.

Liability of user

  • For the use of this website, the user guarantees that he is over 18 years of age and assumes responsibility for any use of the website by minors on his behalf.
  • The user must and is obliged to use the website in accordance with the law and following the stated terms of use.
  • Any use of the website for misleading, profit-making purposes or for purposes that could cause a malfunction in the provision of its services is prohibited.

Amendment – Renewal of the general terms of transactions

  • Ticketgoals.com has the right to amend or renew the above terms of transactions regarding the use of this website, at any time with effect for the future without creating an obligation to inform the user accordingly.
  • Applicable law
  • The law applicable to the relations between the users of the website and ticketgoals.com is exclusively Greek law, excluding the rules of private international law.
  • The courts of Piraeus are competent to resolve any disputes that may arise between the parties.
